Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech – City Discovery

Your journey begins in the “Red City.” Dive into the vibrant energy of Jemaa el-Fnaa square, explore the intricate architecture of the Bahia Palace, and marvel at the Saadian Tombs. End your day by wandering the colorful spice-filled souks before relaxing in your traditional riad.

Day 2: Marrakech – High Atlas – Aït Benhaddou – Ouarzazate

We head east, ascending the legendary Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m) for breathtaking mountain vistas. Our destination is the UNESCO-listed ksar of Aït Benhaddou, a living film set. We conclude the day in Ouarzazate with a visit to the Atlas Film Studios and Taourirt Kasbah.

Day 3: Ouarzazate – Valley of Roses – Dades & Todgha Gorges

Travel through the fragrant Valley of Roses, stopping to meet local artisans. The afternoon is dedicated to the geological wonders of the Dades and Todgha Gorges, where massive 300m cliffs loom over the river. We stay the night in a unique, cliffside kasbah hotel.

Day 4: Todgha Gorge – Erfoud – Merzouga Sahara Desert

We cross the rugged desert gateway of Erfoud, famous for its ancient fossils, before reaching the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. Trade your vehicle for a camel to trek into the desert at sunset, arriving at your luxury camp for a night of Berber music and unparalleled stargazing.

Day 5: Merzouga – Rissani – Ziz Valley – Midelt

Rise for a magical Sahara sunrise. After breakfast, we visit the traditional market of Rissani before heading north through the verdant palm groves of the Ziz Valley. We settle in Midelt, a scenic apple-growing town nestled at the foot of the High Atlas.

    Day 6: Midelt – Ifrane – Fes
